After working as a developper for a few years, I have moved my attention to Quality Management. Being a Quality Manger at Siemens since 2004, I am responsible for assuring the quality of the software products created in our department using:

• Agile: Scrum
• Siemens System Development Method – SEM
• Rational Unified Process (RUP).

Regarding Audits, I am the interview partner for the internal/external audits (ISO 9001, 14001) and CMMI checks at department level. A CMMI check is a simplified version of a CMMI assessment (PSE-internal self-assessment), in which one or several selected projects are analyzed.

Multicultural experience: during the 8 years of working experience, I was part of different teams including members from : France, Austria, USA, Russia and Germany.

Regarding Agile, I am a Certified Scrum Master and I the coordinator of the Scrum Master Skill Center in our department. Also, we have started to create a local Agile community in Brasov having Maria Diaconu and Alexandru Bolboaca involved.

Communication & Moderation: preparing the Acceptance documentation and making the presentation for different customers, organizing and moderating lessons learned workshops and meetings had help me understand how important is a good communication level
