Peter Voldby Petersen

Peter is an experienced practitioner, having worked within the area of process improvement, project, program, and change management for more than a decade.

Since 2005 Peter has provided services within process improvement, project management and CMMI including training, consultancy, and light-appraisals to more than 10 companies in Denmark. Today, Peter is leading Callis and the development and deployment of two efficient, standard solutions to speed up process improvement activities, one for documenting processes, tailoring, activating processes, empowering process users, and managing compliance in multi-model environments and another for supporting the peer review process.

Peter was leading and architecting the successful process improvements programmes, including writing and implementing SW-CMM level 3 compliant processes, and later transitioning to and implementing CMMI level 4 and 5 ending with successful SCAMPI A certifications. Furthermore, Peter has been leading multiple projects ranging up to 50.000 man-hours within defense and public sectors.

Peter holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, has courses in Engineering Business Administration, and has taken the PMP certification from PMI. Peter is certified in CMMI for development v1.2 and as a SCAMPI Appraisal Team Member. Furthermore, Peter has been speaking at a number of conferences, including ESEPG, EUROspi and multiple Danish conferences.
