Teodora Bozheva

Teodora Bozheva is a senior consultant at the European Software Institute (ESI) since 2001. She has been working with SMEs in different countries providing them support in the implementation of CMMI ML2 and ML3.

She is an SEI authorized instructor of the “Introduction to CMMI” and “Supplement for CMMI-ACQ” courses. She also teaches ESI courses related to software engineering, project management and process improvement management.

Teodora is in a process for Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Her main interests are in the field of Quantitative Management and the synergies between Six Sigma and CMMI.
